  1. Fantasy lovers will really like this one!!! The constant action and suspense make it hard to put down. The plot has lots of twists but is resolved in a gratifying way. I hope there is a sequel because I loved the characters.

    I think it might be too dark for a Newbery but I would highly recommend it to grades 6 up.

  2. I really think this book deserves to be a New Berry book because it is very exciting and lots of people will love it. It is a fiction and action book people of all ages will love it. It also is a cliffhanger especially the last paragraph of the book and I really hope that there is a second book.

  3. darkwood is the most dramaticly best book of all time. I've read it 5 times in 1 day. this totaly should have been a newbery.
