This book was fabulous and should be a real contender for the Newbery. It blends science and growing up in such a way that we truly see the main character's "evolution". I recommend reading this book to everyone!
ReplyDeleteI didn't LUV this book it was ok. Although i heard a ton of other people liked it so maybe it's just not my type. Try it though then write a review let me know what you think of it!!
ReplyDeleteI LOVED THIS BOOK! the spirit of callie was inspiring, even in such a sexist situation. It gives fascinating knowledge about science, but still shows the maturing of Callie. It is a little humorous- it wasn't too old, but it still blended maturity. I recommend this novel to everyone :)
