  4. Another great book by Carl Hiaasen. I like how he always encorporates an environmental issue into his book. I like the role of the teacher and the mystery surrounding her.

  5. I thought this book as a whole was good, but the writing quality might have been a little lacking. It was pretty similar to Hoot (characters save endangered animal and defeat bad companies trying to destroy wildlife). I don't think it would qualify for a Newberry but it was still a good book!
